Shipping
All orders over $70 come with FREE Ground Shipping within the US. For orders under $70 we charge a $8 Flat fee within the USA. All other shipping services will be charged at actual rates. To see your rates, add items to your cart, insert your location and you should be able to calculate shipping costs.
Delivery times 3-7 days in US orders. Excludes Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
HOLIDAY SHOPPING: To guarantee product arrival by Christmas, orders must be placed by December 17th at 2 pm.
Returns & Replacement
We make returns easy! If you aren't happy with your item, return it to us within 30 days for a refund or exchange. The product should be in perfect condition and only applies to online purchases.
If you want to return your product, we'll provide you a free return label.
*For international orders, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to Chillibeans.
In case of an exchange, this fee will be waived.
Chillibeans warranties all sunglasses against manufacturing defects for six months from date of purchase. All Watches are covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects (excluded batteries).
